Outstanding Warranty Protection

This may be the best warranty in the air conditioning business. The compressor in your new 18 SEER air conditioning system is covered by a Lifetime Unit Replacement Limited Warranty.  If the compressor ever fails, a new condensing unit will be provided to the original purchaser of the central air conditioning system as long as they live in the same single-family residence. All remaining parts are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty. When the Energy Policy Act of 2005 was signed into law, it gave tax credits up to $500.00 (lifetime credit) for energy efficiency improvements made by homeowners on their existing homes. The Act will allow you, as an individual taxpayer, a new personal tax credit for certain energy efficiency improvements such as those offered by Goodman central heating and cooling systems.
